Magnet Networks has become the first Irish telecommunications company to offer its customer support directly to Boards.ie users.  By setting up its own board on one of Ireland’s most popular discussion sites, the company is dealing directly with customers in an open online forum largely outside of its control.

Bvisible Communications liaised with Boards.ie to set up the board and trained Magnet in how to communicate with the community there.

The board will be monitored daily by Magnet representatives who will deal with sales, customer service and technical support questions.  All queries and comments can be posted anonymously on the board and can be publicly viewed by other visitors to the site.

Boards.ie reaches over 1,100,000 Irish users every month and hosts discussions on over 650+ topics.
