Part-time Administrator

Small but busy PR and Marketing company based in Malahide offering a permanent part-time role with an immediate start.  While not a pre-requisite, experience in a PR/ marketing environment is desirable.

Hours: 5 Days per week from 12.45am-5.30pm

This is a very varied position and will best suit a candidate who is prepared to be flexible and has an ‘all hands on deck’ attitude.

Roles / Responsibilities:

  • General administrative duties
  • Accounts duties such as invoicing, payments, VAT returns, Accounts software entries
  • Filing and scanning
  • Answering phone
  • Diary management
  • General PR/ Marketing duties including clippings and coverage reports, status reports, media features list management, contacts updating, research, producing presentations, ad bookings and co-ordination

Skills / Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years office experience ideally
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Numeric literacy
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Sage, internet, email and social networks
  • Excellent phone manner
